Standard shipping costs are €10.00 for orders with an order value under €75.00 for Belgium and the Netherlands up to 20kg.

We deliver our products in Belgium and the Netherlands with a delivery time of 3-4 working days (excluding public holidays).

Products are shipped within 4 working days (excluding public holidays). The delivery time depends on the shipping address. A delivery time of 5-7 working days applies to orders that have been paid for in advance or for which payment has been approved.

No refunds are possible for orders returned due to incorrect or missing address information or problems related to customs or import.

Additional conditions for return policy

We will refund all payments, including delivery costs, upon receipt of the returned product.

We will use the same payment method as when purchasing the product, unless you agree to a different method.

All costs related to returning the product are the responsibility of the customer.

For international orders, all paid VAT, import duties, or customs fees are non-refundable.

Zuiver can only accept returns of products purchased on the website.

All purchased intangible items are non-refundable.

We cannot provide return packaging; therefore, we recommend keeping the original packaging during the return period.

Zuiver is not responsible for any shipping costs, or the risk of loss or damage to the returned products during transport to Zuiver.

All returned products must be in the same condition as when sold, including all parts, accessories, and manuals. If returns are received incomplete, additional charges or a partial refund may apply.
